30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to start a return
- Email support@undercoverfitnessco.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours on working days with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back with a trackable shipping method.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Our products ship from fulfillment warehouses, and returns sent to the address on the package may not reach us. We can't refund returns that arrive at the wrong address.
Return conditions
- Items must be clean and in the condition you received them, with all parts and weight plates included, and in the original packaging where possible.
- Hard Chew Jaw Gum is a food product. For hygiene reasons we can only accept it back unopened and sealed.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong (see below).
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
Bundles
The Full Undercover Kit can be returned in full for a refund of the price paid. If you return only part of a kit, we'll refund the price of the returned items based on the kit discount. Email us and we'll confirm the amount before you send anything.
Digital program
Access to the Undercover Training Arc program that comes free with a Ghost Vest or the Full Undercover Kit ends when the qualifying item is returned and refunded. When the program is bought on its own, its refund terms are shown at checkout on the program's sales page.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or weight is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
