Can people see the vest under my clothes?

The Ghost Vest sits close to your chest and back. It’s easiest to hide under an oversized hoodie or a jacket; under a fitted t-shirt it will show.

What size is the Ghost Vest?

It has an adjustable buckle strap that fits most adults. If it doesn’t fit, you can return it within 30 days.

How long does shipping take?

Most items ship from a US warehouse and arrive within 3–8 business days. A few items (such as the Shadow Wrist Weights) ship from our overseas partner warehouse and take 7–15 business days; the product page tells you which. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on every US order.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item. See our Refund Policy.

Is it safe to wear weight all day?

Start with short walks and build up gradually. Take it off if anything hurts. If you have joint, back or heart conditions, or are pregnant, check with your doctor before training with added weight.
